Haven't tested it out yet but this should mean you can run a league with your friends offline and manually edit the db so the results of your friendly hotseat match stick. Likewise all skills are a number 1-66, you can find that information in the rules for player types. Seems like every casualty is represented by a number 1-18, you can find the information in the main game's db folder in the rules.db (for instance putting casualty 18 on a player number should make them die). team listing, player listing, player casualties, and player skills seem to the relevant parts for this. You have to do it manually in a sql browser though and I haven't quite worked out all of it yet, but it looks like offline leagues and test builds are technically possible still. It's not the guest folder though for some reason one of the two gibberish folders.
